Centre ("The School") respects personal data
and is committed to full implementation and compliance
with the data protection principles and all relevant
provisions of the Hong Kong Personal Data (Privacy)
Ordinance. The School shall ensure that staff involving
handling personal data comply with the strictest standards
of security and confidentiality. |

The personal data we collect shall be used for the
School administrative, academic, research, statistical,
marketing and prescribed purposes as permitted by
the School and the law from time to time. To name
a few, it includes student records, academic communications
and other incidental activities.

himself/herself. However, data may also be used in
aggregate form for research and marketing purposes,
and in such circumstances individual data shall not
be revealed. Such data may be used by other companies
under contractual activities with the School for the
above-mentioned purposes.

addresses shall be used for communication and promotion
of new courses - but you always have the right to
provide express consent on your choice of receiving
further marketing materials.
